The first outfit’s pattern was cut from a gaming-chair, handcrafted in warp & weft. It’s a chair-cover and sweatshirt. The yellow outfit is printed with ERROR triangles on Mouse pads, cut into hexagons & hand stitched. The gray sweatshirt is a RTW cut of the gaming-chair & boxer-shorts, headphones-laces, and ON-buttons. With a USB earpods-charger label.

Inspired by generation Z, our lifestyles, our rooms. What makes teenagers addicted to screens? We’re a generation of gamers, hackers, and viruses. If the technological environment of today’s youths takes-over their lives, what will fashion be in 2050? The project combines street-style, pajamas & patterns and materials from the gaming world.

For the project goat-skin, split leather, jersey and lycra-jersey were combined. It integrates handmade embroidery and weaving techniques with technologies such as laser-cutting, 3D modeling and silver castings. In addition, materials from the gaming world and Gen Z gadgets were incorporated: Mouse pads, a USB port, earpods, chargers and on-buttons.
