I started from a research in square-market, I selected second hand garments 100% woll and I de- constructed all. I drew a vector pattern ispired by Vittorio Matino’s painting. The focus has been to recreate a fabric like a painting, after that I designed experimental zero-waste paper to realize the three looks.
Something like an imprinting, when I saw the Vittorio Matino’s painting, I was immediatly ispired, I thought that I can recreate it like a patchwork fabric. I thought use the patchwork created to make a capsule zero-waste.
The materials are selected from second hand clothes, like jackets, pants and skirt, that I got in my favorite square market. The garments are selected with one common criteria: all the garments must be 100% woll to get a unique piece of high quality fabric.
