DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

 

Materials made of countless thin plate-like aluminum pieces spread in a honeycomb shape.However, this time it was used without spreading to make a brooch.It’s a simple process of just shaving surface and shape adjustment.There are several pin locations, the shape changes according to the fixed position.

INSPIRATION

 

When I touched the material, I was initially surprised at the difference between the appearance and the impression when touched. What you notice when creating a work is surprise and happening.While expressing beautiful visuals,When someone is surprised, it’s important to make a discovery that you want to inform.

MATERIALS USED

Thin metal layered honeycomb structures are used primarily as construction and aircraft materials because of their small area but strength. We sharpened it to become a smooth surface and used silver for the metal part.
