DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
Taking as reference Jose Antonio Amezcua’s art work, I developed his different sculptures in the fashion world from my point of view.
In them I combine classic men garments adapted for women with a contemporary twist.
Greyhound dogs. Every year in Spain, around 60.000 greyhound dogs are discarded by hunters, once the hunting season is over. This made the greyhound dog the most abuse breed in our country.
To give shape to the sculptures and the garments who support them, I used different discarded fabrics such as wool, chiffon, poplins and knitting remains which were abandoned by being defectives or off season by their previous owners.
